Yin Yoga and Meditation help arrest many of the stressors both young and old face in modern life. I am a freelance teacher, with particular interest in helping people who have experienced past trauma and those who struggle with stress and anxiety.


Around Australia and also online I run classes to help individuals and communities to become more mindful by understanding the functional use of our bodies and how to allow the mind to settle.


My vision is to share my passion as a practical way to manage physical and
